Shipping & Return Policy

At KashviHue, we prioritize quality in every product we offer. Each item undergoes a strict inspection process before shipping to ensure it is damage-free and meets our high standards. Please take a moment to review our policies to ensure a smooth experience with us.


1. Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment has been received.

  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 5-10 business days depending on your location. Delivery times may vary due to external factors like holidays or weather conditions.

  • Shipping Confirmation: You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

  • Shipping Delays: While we aim to meet the above delivery times, please note that occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, strikes, or weather conditions.


2. Return & Exchange Policy

At KashviHue, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we do have certain conditions regarding returns and exchanges:

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Customer ordered the wrong size.

  • Customer dissatisfaction with the quality or appearance of the product.

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged, misprinted, or has defects caused by manufacturing.

  • Product is mishandled by the courier during delivery, resulting in visible damage.

  • Returns must be requested within 5 days from the date of delivery. Any return requests made after this period will not be processed.

Exchange Process:

  • Size exchanges will not be processed unless there is a manufacturing defect. If you Ordered the wrong size, you may need to place a new order and return the item at your own expense.

  • Product exchanges for reasons other than a defect or mishandling are not accepted. However, if you’re not satisfied with your product, please reach out, and we’ll do our best to assist you.


3. Reverse Pickup Process

  • If a return is required, reverse pickup can be arranged within 5 days from the date of delivery. There may be a pickup fee depending on your location.

  • If the product qualifies for a return, we will provide further instructions to facilitate the reverse pickup.


Important Conditions for Returns & Exchanges:

  • Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, you must submit an unboxing video along with clear images of the product and packaging to Wecare@KashviHue.com for verification. If the damage is confirmed, we will process a replacement at no extra cost.

  • Size Verification: For size-related issues (e.g., wrong size ordered), you must provide images of the product alongside a measuring tape to help us verify the concern. If the product is unused and in original condition, we may assist in an exchange but note that the customer will incur return shipping fees.

  • Packaging Damage: If your item was damaged due to mishandling during delivery (e.g., opened with scissors, sharp objects), we will not accept returns or exchanges unless an unboxing video is provided to validate the claim.

  • Courier Damage: If the package is visibly damaged during delivery, please do not sign for the package until the delivery driver has marked the damage on the shipping receipt. In such cases, please contact us immediately and provide the required details.


4. How to Request a Return or Exchange:

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer care team at Wecare@kashvihue.com. Ensure you include the following:

  1. Order number and shipping details.

  2. Clear images of the damaged or misprinted product (with a measuring tape if applicable).

  3. If applicable, an unboxing video that shows how the item was received.


5. Refund Policy:

  Refund Eligibility:

    • The item is undeliverable due to courier or address issues beyond the customer’s control.

    • The item is misprinted or damaged due to a manufacturing fault.

    • The item received is significantly different from the product description.

    • If a refund is granted, it will be processed to the original payment method. You will be notified via email or SMS once the refund is initiated.

  Non-Refundable Situations:

              Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

      1. Refusal to Accept Delivery
        If a customer refuses to accept the order without a valid product issue, no refund will be granted.

      2. Order Placed by Mistake
        Orders placed by mistake and not cancelled before shipment will be treated as confirmed. Refusal to accept such orders does not qualify for a refund.

      3. Intentional or Frivolous Orders
        Orders placed for fun, as a prank, or with no real intent to receive the product will be considered misuse of the service. Such orders are strictly non-refundable.

      4. Return Requests Not Accepted
        Returns based on personal preferences, such as wrong size selection or dissatisfaction with the product (when it matches the description), do not qualify for a refund.
